Wix - eComm Platform

As a Product Designer in Wix’s eCommerce group, I was part of the Sales Boosters team, working on promotional products designed to help merchants drive revenue, increase conversion, and strengthen customer retention.
This project focuses on the Automatic Discounts product. As part of the project, new core discount capabilities were added, the existing system was optimized, and the product was reorganized and redesigned to create a clearer and more intuitive experience.
I owned the end-to-end product design process - from user research and concept exploration to detailed design and implementation, working closely with Product Managers, UX Writers, and Developers to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.

Automatic Discounts Dashboard

Redesigned the discounts table to surface the most relevant information, helping merchants quickly review and manage their active and scheduled discounts.

Discount Creation Page

Revamped the discount creation page by reorganizing settings and simplifying the flow, making complex configurations easier to understand and complete.

Discount Type Selection

Reorganized and restructured the discount types to create a clearer entry point and help merchants choose the right promotion more easily.

Quantity Discount (Buy X Get Y)

Added a quantity-based discount capability that lets merchants offer a fixed price when customers purchase a specific number of items.

Cart-Level Discount

Added a new discount type that applies promotions to the entire order total based on predefined conditions.

Recurring Discount

Added a new recurring discount capability, enabling discounts to run automatically on selected days and times, such as weekly happy hours.

Free Shipping Discount

Added a free shipping discount, allowing merchants to automatically waive shipping costs when defined conditions are met.

Customer Segmentation

Added a new targeting capability that allows merchants to apply discounts to specific customer groups, such as members, contacts, or first-time customers.
