Wix | Automatic Discounts

Context:
Automatic Discounts was a long-standing product with significant gaps compared with competing eCommerce platforms. At the same time, user demand for more advanced capabilities was growing, while additional Wix verticals were looking to adopt the platform.

My Role:
As the Product Designer, I led the design process end-to-end, from market and user research and understanding cross-vertical requirements through solution exploration and the design of scalable product experiences. I worked closely with product managers, UX writers, and developers throughout the process.

Outcome:
The project expanded Automatic Discounts with key capabilities designed for the needs of larger merchants, enabled additional Wix verticals to adopt the platform, and transformed it into a more scalable and competitive solution.
