Wix | Gift Card

Context:
Gift cards can help merchants drive revenue, attract new customers, and encourage repeat purchases. However, the existing product showed opportunities to improve adoption and redemption, alongside growing user needs for better tools to manage and promote gift cards throughout their lifecycle.

My Role:
As the Product Designer, I used product data, user feedback, and competitor research to identify gaps in the existing experience and translate them into new capabilities and UI improvements. I worked closely with product managers, UX writers, and developers throughout the process.

Outcome:
The project expanded Gift Card with new capabilities for issuing, managing, and promoting gift cards while improving the overall management experience - giving merchants greater control and flexibility throughout the gift card lifecycle.
