As part of my work on the Sales Boosters team within Wix eCommerce, I worked on the Gift Card product - a business tool designed to drive revenue, attract new customers, and encourage retention and future sales.
The project focused on improving and expanding the existing product through UI improvements, new capabilities, and enhancements to existing experiences, making Gift Card more flexible for merchants and easier to manage.

Manual Gift Card Issuing

Added the ability for merchants to manually issue a gift card to a specific customer, directly from their dashboard.

Automatic Gift Card Reminders

Added the ability for merchants to automatically remind customers about their available gift cards, encouraging them to use them.

Gift Card Activity

Improved the UI to provide merchants with more relevant information about gift card status and activity, helping them better understand and manage each gift card.

Gift Card Sales Dashboard

Improved the dashboard UI to provide a clearer overview of gift card sales and make key information easier to review.
